I'm 5'3" and short waisted/ average build, and this tunic is just way too long on me. It reaches below my hips, about 1/3 of the way down my thighs. I bought two of them and planned to hem them, but eh, that was last year and I haven't yet. Now just wearing them long and looking dumpy...lowered expectations. I would recommend them to a tall friend, or one with a long torso, not to a friend who was built like me.

This is a beautiful style and the colors are wonderful. I need things to be long and to skim my figure without clinging. I should not have tried something with spandex. I am sure is saves yardage because it stretches to fit but it looks terrible and would only make the trim and fit feel comfortable wearing it.

This boatneck tee is so totally cool. I love the neckline, the extra long length which is flattering on a larger body and the looser fit which is also flattering on a larger body. The color is beautiful, although lighter than pictured. I am completely happy with the boatneck and would recommend it to anyone keeping in mind that the color will vary somewhat but still be beautiful:)
