I have to hem all my pants due to my height, however the middle button on these pants fell off and I haven't even worn them yet. Also, had to order a size larger than usual - apparently due to the European sizing of this item?

I returned this item for a larger size as they were way too small, not true to size at all. I was skeptical when ordering as I ordered my usual 4 and on the order appeared size 36; hopefully next size up will fit but I'm unsure because they were more than a little too small...
