I wear the dress to work and to church. I like the pleads, however I do not think a pleaded back was necessary. The dress is comfortable for me and is dressy as well casual. I bought 2 diferent colors of it and I love them.

i am an expectant mother and thought the style looked really great for after the baby comes. The only reason i am actually keeping the dress is because i can wear it for the duration of my pregnancy. i will most likely have to give it away after the baby comes in november. The design is ok though.

I don't usually wear dresses to work so to put on a dress on the weekends makes me feel pretty. I stayed in this dress all day. Even did laundry and gave the kids bathes in it. Love it.

I ordered the medium, I am usually a size 8 and it swallows me. I should have got a small, but they were out of them :( Its comfortable, but it sure doesnt give you any shape.

The dress did not meet my expectations. I was hoping to use it for a semi-formal affair. However, I felt like I had on a giant maternity dress made out of thin undershirt material. As some of the other reviewers said, I thought it could be more fitted, but it served my purpose of something comfortable and cool feeling perfectly. I love dresses that look good and feel better. Like I said in the title, a total stranger stopped me in the store and complimented me on this dress. I thanked her and told her it was just a great big, comfortable tee-shirt.

The only negative was that it had never been pressed, so the tucks and hemline were not crisp. Five minutes under the iron solved that.

I was very disappointed in this purchase. It looks and fits much different than it does in the picture. I actually have returned the dress. The fabric is very thin and cheap feeling. The fit is true to size and looked pretty, but I knew it would not stand the test of time. The tiers do no lay nicely once you move at all in the dress. It would be fine for a beach coverup, but I wouldn't wear it to work or church.

I was disappointed in this item. I like to wear a soft cotton tank dress in the summer when it's too hot and thought this would add some variety to the plain sheath but the look didnt work for me. I wouldn't wear it out anywhere and it was just too much with the ruffles to wear around the house. Thin material, boxy cut and colors too brash.

Shorter than I expected just from seeing it on the model, should have measured. Shocked at how thin the fabric was-almost cheap. Bought it for church but it's really not that nice-more for throwing on for a summer day with flipflops for errands or a trip.I still like the layered look though and the color and that it was modest. Points for that.

I ordered a Petite Small. I am 5'3, 125 lbs, usually a size 2/4, the only reason that I ordered Petite is because I figured the women's and/or misses would be too large. This dress was so big on me, even having ordered the petite! It looked like I was wearing a nightgown. If the waist was taken in then it would've been a very cute dress, but I did not want to pay extra money to take it to the tailor so I sent it back to Chadwick's.

I was very disappointed with the fit. It looked so good on the model, but when I tried it on, the upper part and sleeves were tight, but the lower part was not form-fitting at all. Actually it flared out and almost look like a maternity dress.
