I bought this out of curiosity and hope more than anything else. The picture of the model is one of the least informative I've seen.
This skirt looked promising straight out of the package, but the fit was odd-- big in the waist, fitted around the tummy... I was expecting a full skirt but it is fairly straight. The biggest problem with this skirt is the hem. There's a ruffle all around the bottom that travels clumsily "up" as it goes around. Maybe the one I got was badly made, but this skirt looked like an average prairie skirt that a child had cut sloppily around the bottom.
