Very rough, cheap fabric
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
The photo of this skirt is very cute, but if I had actually seen it in a store I would have passed. The skirt looks lighter and softer in the photo, in reality it's rough like burlap and hangs like paper.
