No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I bought this top for vacation and casual wear, very cute style, however, neck line shows bra at corners, and cap sleeves slide off shoulders. The torso portion of the top fit a little snug upon receiving from Chadwicks, then I washed it hoping the neck line would fit better after the wash. The entire shirts shrunk! Poor product. I will retun the item!
