If you wish to take advantage of deferred billing, and have received a deferred billing code, you may enter it in the Deferred Billing box in your shopping bag during the checkout process.
If you don't have a deferred billing code and wish to defer your payment, simply log in and you will see a deferred billing code in the "My Promotions" box. You may click on the "Add To Bag" button or enter this code in the deferred billing box in your shopping bag during the checkout process. You may use your deferred billing code with any other savings promotion code you may have.

If you have a Chadwick's Credit Card or any other of The Redcats USA Family of Brands Credit Cards or Redcats USA VISA® Cards, you now have access to view your information online by going to the website operated by World Financial Network National Bank, the credit card issuer. (Since it isn't operated by Redcats USA, it will require a separate login.) You can pay your bill online, check your account status, update your personal information, add authorized buyers to your account, request a card upgrade, and request a credit limit increase. It's all so easy!

The order total on your checkout page includes all items ordered, plus shipping and handling, discounts, coupons and any taxes charged. Sometimes the invoice total included in your package may vary if an item becomes unavailable. Your credit card will only be charged for the items that were shipped. Shipping & handling and taxes charged to you will be adjusted according to the new order total. If an item's backordered, the charge for those items, including any shipping and handling charges not applied to the original shipment and any taxes won't be charged to your account until the backordered item is shipped.

Exchanges
Credit card exchange orders can be processed quicker by phone; simply call us toll free at (800) 544-3795. For an exchange order, we'll issue a credit to the credit card on the original order. You may see a debit and credit for the original transactions or the two transactions may offset one another. The original credit card will be charged for the exchanged item. If you want to exchange an item and not phone it in, or if it's a cash order you are returning, please complete the order blank on the back of your invoice.
Returns
For return credits, please allow 3-4 weeks for your refund or credit, we'll issue a credit to your original method of payment less shipping and handling charges. For credit card orders, please allow 1-2 billing statements for your credit to appear.

For shipments to Indiana, Massachusetts, New York, or Texas the appropriate sales tax will be added to your order. If you have questions regarding your state's sales tax, we recommend that you contact your local comptroller's office.
