- The password field is case sensitive. You must re-enter your password exactly as you did when you registered. (ex: Password, PASSWORD or password).
- Your password must be a minimum of 6 characters and may consist of letters and/or numbers, but no special characters or hyphens.
- Go to Password Hint to verify that your password is correct.
