PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE

Ordering is quick, easy and secure when shopping Chadwicks.com. Our online ordering system provides you with all the necessary links, prompts and messages to ensure order accuracy and to help you have an easy, enjoyable shopping experience. Simply click one of the department tabs at the top of the page to view and select from our latest offerings (e.g., Tops, Dresses, Jackets & Blazers, etc.).

Use our size pickers to select size and color. Then click the "Add to Cart" button to flag the merchandise for your purchase. You may select additional merchandise by moving backward and forward through the windows to select again from our various departments. You may view the contents of your Shopping Bag anytime. Select the Shopping Bag link at the top right hand corner of every page to see a list of the merchandise you've selected as well as your current total.

Once you're ready to check out, click the "Shopping Bag" button to view your items. If you have gift cards, promotional coupons or a deferred billing coupon, enter them in the appropriate boxes on the checkout page. If you haven't registered with us, you can checkout as a guest, however we strongly recommend that you register. As a registered customer, your billing and shipping information is automatically saved for you, making the checkout process more convenient.

We accept the following credit cards for online purchases: Chadwicks® Gold Card, Metrostyle®, VISA®, MasterCard®, Discover® Network, and the American Express Card. Please note that we don't accept cash, personal checks, or money orders for online purchases. We also don't ship orders C.O.D. You can apply online for a Chadwicks® Credit Card.

At the end of your checkout process, you'll see an online message notifying you that your order is being processed. You can print this message for your records. Subsequently, you'll receive an official order confirmation via the email address in your account profile.

I PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION

When you've completed checking out online, you should receive a confirmation email within 5-20 minutes, If, after 20 minutes, you haven't received an email from us confirming your order, you should check the status of your order online. The order you placed should appear as an order number with all zeros and will say "In process." This is exactly what you want to see. It means your order has been entered into our system. The order will be processed within 24-48 hours and your online status will change to "processed".

If you find something in one of our catalogs you want to purchase, simply enter the item number from the catalog into the "Order By Item Number" box located at the top of the catalog quick order page, then click "Continue".

PURCHASING CHADWICKS® eGift CARDS

eGift Cards can be purchased online and can be used for Chadwicks® purchases. Available in increments from $20 to $200 - or choose your own amount. Chadwicks eGift cards make the perfect gift and always fit! To purchase now, please go to the eGift Card page. Following standard processing time, eGift Cards are emailed to your chosen recipient along with an email receipt to you.

Purchase amount will be deducted from the card balance until the value is fully used. eGift Cards may only be used to purchase merchandise from Chadwicks®. eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase other eGift Cards. Except in certain circumstances or as required by law, the value of a eGift Card, including any remaining balance, cannot be redeemed for cash or check, cannot be applied as payment to any account, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Your card number is required for all inquiries. Use of the card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

REDEEMING EGIFT CARDS ONLINE

To redeem eGift Cards online, simply enter the card number in the Gift Card box at checkout. If the order amount exceeds the card amount, a credit card or other acceptable payment method will be required to cover the remaining balance.

COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS

Coupons and discounts are not applicable towards the purchase of eGift Cards. If your order contains both eGift cards and merchandise, applicable coupons and discounts will only apply to your merchandise total, minus any eGift cards.

ARE EGIFT CARDS TRANSFERABLE?

Yes. You may give your eGift Card to someone else.

LOST OR STOLEN EGIFT CARDS

Except in certain circumstances and you have proof of purchase and the card number, Chadwicks® is not responsible for lost or stolen eGift cards. Keep your original receipt and safeguard your eGift card number.

ARE EGIFT CARDS TAXED?

Taxes will not be applied to the face value of your eGift card purchase.

CAN I RELOAD MY EGIFT CARD?

We cannot reload eGift cards at this time, but you can always purchase a new card.

DO EGIFT CARDS HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE?

No. eGift cards do not have an expiration date.

CAN I PAY MY Chadwicks® CREDIT CARD BALANCE WITH MY EGIFT CARD?

No. The value of an eGift Card cannot be applied as payment to any account.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M RETURNING MERCHANDISE PURCHASED WITH A EGIFT CARD?

If you return merchandise purchased with an eGift Card, you will be issued a return merchandise credit certificate for the value of your credit.
