Flattering but high-waisted

Very cute, flattering dress. I got it in the red. Perfect for pear-shaped women. However, I'm 5-8 and ordered the small because I'm small-busted. But the waist sits slightly above my natural waist, so I haven't decided it I'll keep it or not.
