They fit true to size for me...at first. But 10 minutes before I left my house to go to the grocery store they started to get baggy. By the time I got halfway through the store they were saggy. If I had gone down a size they would have been too small. I just got some skinny jeans at another store the same size as these and although they have spandex as well, they stay tight. Sent these back for a refund.

I read the reviews and decided to go up a size. Well, I normally take a size 6 and went with the 8, and they were too big. Now I have to reorder in a size 6. They do have a slimming feel to them, but I found where they started to bag out and droop on me, which is uncomfortable. I'm not one to wear a belt so I prefer to go back to my usual size to see how they fit. I think if you're built more "straight" and not hippy you may want to order your usual size. Otherwise go up a size. I think once I get them to "fit" in my correct size I'll like them!
Straight leg wanted
I purchased the Favorite rise Straight Leg previously but I prefer the Classic Rise. I chose the Classic Rise this time but only saw bootcut available in Classic Rise. Classic Rise Straight Leg should be an option. I also agree that they are not relaxed through hips and thighs.

Love These Jeans!!
I do agree with the first reviewer that these jeans are cut slim. I did not know that when I ordered the first pair (indigo rinse). I ordered an 8T which works for every pair I have ordered except these. So, I sent them back for a 10T and absolutely LOVE THEM! So much so I ordered a pair in sapphire and one in skylight. They fit great - you just need to go up a size. Also, I love the quality of the denim - not flimsy or thin.

Not as described in catalog or on-line
NOT relaxed through hips and thighs as described. They are very skinny through hips, thighs, knees. Also catalog does not mention that they have faded wash look.
