Cute skirt, but two issues

It is very much a pencil skirt, meaning a very straight fit. your waist and hip measurement probably shouldn't be more than about 9 inches different for it to fit as is. In size 8, with a 28" waist and 39" hip, the waist is a couple inches too big. I expected this, and planned to take it up. However, issue number 2 makes that impossible. The black is very black, on a pretty bright white background. It's so black that I worried about the color running, so I washed it by hand in cold water with Woolite. I hung it to dry, and the black color has bled into the white. So uniformly that it almost looks like it is supposed to be that way, except around seams where there is a lot of black design, there's just a gray blob around the whole area. I am going to request my money back, even though I have already washed it. Too bad. It's very pretty.

Pretty and Professional

I have had my eye on this skirt and finally ordered it. SO glad that I did! It looks pretty and professional right out of the box. Glad that I ordered smaller size as it does seem to run a bit big. Throw it on and go!

Runs very l arge

I measured the waistband on the size 6, 8, and 10 that I ordered. The 8 & 10 had identical 33" waists (much larger than the measurements on the Chadwick's size chart), although the hips were snugger on the 8 (I'd guess around 39"-40"). The size 6 had a 31.5" waistband and the same hips as the size 8. So to help all you ladies out there: I'm 5'8", 145lbs, 31.5" waist, 39.5 hip...and the size 6 fits.
