Entry into the Chadwicks 30th Anniversary Shopping Spree Giveaway ("Promotion") begins at 12:00 a.m. ET May 1, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on August 31, 2013 (the "Promotion Period"). Within the Promotion Period, there will be four separate monthly drawing entry periods:
May: 12:00 a.m. ET May 1, 2013 to 11:59 p.m. ET May 31, 2013;
June: 12:00 a.m. ET June 1, 2013 to 11:59 p.m. ET June 30, 2013;
July: 12:00 a.m. ET July 1, 2013 to 11:59 p.m. ET July 31, 2013;
August: 12:00 a.m. ET August 1, 2013 to 11:59 p.m. ET August 31, 2013.
This Promotion will have four random drawings. Each month during the Promotion, one prize of a $500 gift card, and two runner-up prizes of a $250 gift card each, will be awarded. Gift cards are redeemable only for merchandise offered by Chadwicks of Boston, which must be ordered through a Chadwicks of Boston catalog, or online at Chadwicks.com. Winners each month will be determined in a random drawing of all eligible entries received during that month, conducted on or about the fifteenth of the following month.
Entries will not be carried forward for subsequent monthly drawings.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico (excluding other US territories and possessions) 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
How to enter: To enter, visit Chadwicks.com. Entry is online only. One entry will be assigned to each purchase order submitted during each promotion month. To enter without making a purchase, complete the entry form at Chadwicks.com. No purchase necessary and a purchase will not improve the chances of winning. One entry per person and household per month, irrespective of the method of entry.
Employees and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household, of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter or to win.
All prizes guaranteed to be awarded.
Each winner will be notified by overnight or certified mail, return receipt requested, and will be required to complete and sign an affidavit of eligibility, and, where legally permissible, a publicity release which must be received within 14 days of date printed on notification or an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing. Prepaid courier/mail service will be provided with the affidavit. Prize delivered within 30 days of receipt of executed affidavit. All taxes on prize are the responsibility of each winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use each winner's name, likeness, hometown, prize won and comments about winning for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity without additional compensation.
